Mr. Gurbans Singh is a retired Indian Revenue Services (“IRS”) (Customs and Central Excise) officer and in his career as an IRS officer spanning over 22 years, he held senior level positions with the Government of India in the areas of customs and central excise, including as the Commissioner of Customs, Delhi. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Punjab University and a master’s degree in economics from Punjab University. He was a recipient of the British Chevening scholarship awarded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in the year 1993-1994 and during which he completed his master of science in fiscal studies from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. He was holding the office of Joint Managing Director of Indiabulls Real Estate Limited during the period from September 2014 to August 2022.

Mr. Divyesh Shah’s career spans over 20+ years in the financial business and is the CEO of Dhani Services Ltd. Being a veteran with extensive industry experience, he has been at the forefront of financial markets. By virtue of his close association with Indiabulls group journey since inception, he has helped Dhani emerge as a leading financial services player. He has risen through the ranks playing a leading part in transforming Dhani Services Ltd into an integrated financial power house and a fintech company. From largely a retail securities broker, Dhani today straddles diverse and multiple strata, viz. Consumer financing, Stock broking, ARC, E-Commerce and Real Estate.

Pinank is the Group CFO & the CEO of Dhani Loans & Services Limited. Prior to joining Dhani, Pinank was the head of Treasury at Indiabulls Housing Finance for 6 years before which he spent almost a decade at HDFC Limited in retail, corporate lending & risk management functions. Pinank holds a Masters degree in Management Studies (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Mr. Sandeep presently, is the Head of Technology, Dhani. He holds Masters’ degree in Computer Science from University of Southern California and Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune. Mr. Kadam has over 16 years of rich and varied experience in designing and building large, distributed and scalable applications alongwith an expertise in web based software architecture with high tactics and global reach. He has very extensive experience in building high performance web applications from scratch. Mr. Kadam started his career at Yahoo! – Sunnyvale as a software engineer. In 5 years tenure at Yahoo, he worked across multiple verticals including Yahoo! Search, Mail, Messenger, Photos and Homepage. He was one of the founding members of a music start-up acquired by Saavn (now JioSaavn). He headed the Saavn Engineering team in India and was instrumental in building something that was a garage start-up to a global music platform. He was Co-founder and CTO of Euler Systems, an Enterprise AI consulting start-up backed by veterans from Wall Street and Silicon Valley.Presently, Mr. Kadam is not on the Board of any other company. He does not hold any shares in the Company and is not related to any other Director of the Company. He is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority.

Mr. Prem Prakash Mirdha is an Industrialist with over 23 years of rich and varied experience in the areas of administration, finance, regulatory and projects execution. He has been a committed professional with strong leadership qualities and expertise in management. He has a knack of diffusing crisis with practical solutions and strong communication skills and has left his indelible mark on each aspect of business and general administration. Prior to his own business, he was an enrolled member of the merchant navy and had a long stint of 11 years with the merchant navy, qualified as a “second mate” of foreign going ships as certified by the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai.

Ms. Swati Jain is a seasoned and committed professional. She is a graduate in Commerce,Masters in Business Administration and a qualified Chartered Accountant. She has been in practice as a Chartered Accountant for the last 10 years and possesses rich experience in Finance,Taxation and Accountancy. She is an expert in managing a wide spectrum of finance & accounts activities encompassing finalization of accounts, credit control, cash flow management,taxation, and auditing & bank reconciliation statements. She is proficient in ensuring compliance with all applicable rules & regulations laid by various governing bodies. Mrs. Jain has got strong analytical & organizational abilities with adeptness in formulating accountingsystems, preparing accounting records and financial statements. She possesses effective communication, organizational & interpersonal skills and expertise in working in a highly competitive environment..
